Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela New England Donor Services (Waltham, MA) em mar. de 2020
Entrevista
I initially applied online for the position of Tissue Recovery Specialist and was contacted by the hiring manager and phone screened with her. Lengthy in-person interview with hiring manager, director, case setup managers, and upper-level TRS/trainers. After about a week and a half, I was not offered the position. Approximately a month later, the hiring manager reached out again offering an interview for Tissue Donation Coordinator. In-person interview with director and managers of Tissue Operations and was told they would reach out about peer interviews and job shadowing at a later date. Approximately two weeks later, they reached out and offered me the position, omitting peer interviews and job shadowing. Despite the lengthy process spanning about three months, everyone was incredibly nice and communicative about the status of my application/point in the interview process. I could appreciate that the in-depth nature of the interview process was to ensure that it was a good fit for both the employer and the employee.

Entrevista
I applied for the position online and quickly received an email back. I was then asked to set up a time for a phone interview. After my phone interview I came back on 2 separate occasions to meet with managers. Finally I met with a group of potential peers before being offered a position.
