Screening phone call proved I was the one who wrote my resume and not a psychopath.
1st interview was with the director of organ optimization which went fine. Except it was obvious that they were just grinding through employees. Their HR move to fix that was to change shift scheduling come September.
I was scheduled for a 2nd interview with the director of health care education which they had scheduled 1st, then cancelled, then scheduled with the other director, and then put this interview back on. They scheduled a peer interview but emailed saying they filled the position after I had to reschedule the peer interview.
That was a Friday. On a Monday the secretary emailed me to reschedule the peer interview and I was the ones to say to her that her company offered the job to another.
Total logistical chaos. Means they're not coordinated in any other way, hanging on with duct tape and baling wire like the rest of healthcare .

Entrevista
The interview process was great! I submitted my application online, which was really easy to do, and I received an email telling me what stage of the process my application was in, and additional emails as the process evolved. I was first contacted over the phone for a 30 min - 1hr conversation with HR. The interviewer was extremely engaging and very easy to talk to, she answered all of my questions and at the end shared with me that someone would get back to me within a few days about next steps, if any. I was kept in the loop via email and phones calls. I was then invited to interview in person, which I had to fly out for. The process for setting up my flight and hotel accommodations could not have been more simple. NEDS really made every step of this interview process as simple and stress free as possible. Once I arrived in person I met with several different people. It was very conventional and comfortable. Everyone was so polite and very professional! I really enjoyed this interview process as a whole!
