Two rounds of interviews. First round is a basic screener: Why PD, why NH, describe previous positive/negative experiences working with clients, how do you think you'll handle challenging aspects of PD work, etc.). Second round: First hour, prepare opening statement based on a fact pattern; second hour, deliver opening statement and then answer questions about your decision-making/strategy as well as hypotheticals.
