There was one interview soon after I sent my application. It did take quite some time to hear back, but that's to be expected. ***This was for my 1L summer, so rising 2Ls may have a different experience.

I submitted a resume and cover letter, then did two 1:1 phone interviews with practicing public defenders. The interviews were very relaxed and mostly involved interesting conversations about the criminal legal system in New Hampshire and the daily work of a public defender there.
