I went to a Job fair in Chantilly VA, and was hired on the spot. the hiring process was 1 on 1. many questions were asked and a job offer was made. There were two days of orientation and training lessons began in many medical fields, like Medication Management, Mandt training, TOVA training, Incident reporting. There are many trainings giving along with the position of this company and the hours of work are flexible daily.
