      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 7 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela New Reach (Dallas, TX) em out. de 2023

      Entrevista

      Unprofessional religious based organization and waste of time. Before considering working for New Reach Education or any organization I would review in detail both the numerous red flags raised in both the employee reviews as well as the interview reviews. You wouldn't eat a restaurant with 3 stars, why would you work in a company with low scores? Reviews are never perfect, but at least directionally they are a good indicator of what's going on internally. There are serious allegations/issues raised within these employee reviews that if true are totally unacceptable and not a place to grow a career. These folks are a religious based for profit organization which from what I gather from the reviews and my conversations with HR opens the organization to a litany of potential litigation liabilities. The interview process consisted of an initial call with HR, taking an hour long BRYQ personality assessment, and a brief call with the CEO. Everything up until the interview with the CEO was part of a standard executive recruiting process. The interview with the CEO was a short 30 Zoom call and consisted asking me to go through my career progression in detail and this ended up with me speaking for the majority of the call and left no time for the CEO to ask followup/clarifying questions about my experience or for me as the candidate to ask anything about the opportunity. This is the first interview where I wasn't able to ask a single question, bizarre. Shortly after the call with the CEO, I received a call from HR letting me know that the CEO doesn't think I would be a fit for the CMO role and if I would be interested in a Marketing Director role!? WTF? For reference, my most recent title was VP of Marketing and to go down at least two levels down to a Marketing Director is a non-starter. No one should take an over $100K+ haircut and less responsibility. From what I can see with the other folks this was also done with another applicant in July 2023 where they applied for one role and offered a much lesser role?! I wasted at least 4+ hours in this process with New Reach Education. My suggestion to other applicants is to go focus on professional organizations that don't play games. There are too many negative public reviews on this company for there not to be a pattern.
