The complete process took about 2.5 months. This was a bit long but then it spanned Christmas holidays. TA team was responsive and coordinated the interviews fast. In total spoke to 6 people some online and some face to face.

Did initial screening where I discussed career history, ambitions etc. Did two further general interviews talking about high level solutions and problem solving. Was told there would be a final interview but didn't hear back for weeks and was told position had been filled.
