Interviews are very relaxed and have a great casual feel. I interviewed the first time direct with a Vice President and SPM. Came into the office and met with a few guys and talked about my experience while attending college. After about 30 minutes of talking, we went out for lunch. We had small casual talk about my life and hobbies and touched a bit on work. I was invited back one more time and went around the office, speaking to different employees in a casual/social interview-type setting. They just wanted to make sure I had the social skills to relate with everyone and also able to talk about work-related topics comfortably. I then recieved a call to come back in for an offer. The third visit was strictly business and short. A VP made me an offer and explained all of the benefits and details of the company.
