The interviewer pretty much told me about policies at the facility and asked if I could do what was required. She was pleasant but did not smile and appear happy. If she was trying to sell the position or company to me, she didn't do a very good job. All of her talking about policies really made it a long drawn out interview. The job description was very huge to cover all three shifts of what a Tech will do. The actual job was nothing like described. I was lead to believe it was light cleaning during the evening and it was more like spring cleaning/janitorial.
