First there is a phone interview. If they see you fit for the job then you will be invited to an in person interview with the broker. After that interview you will go for a ride along to check out an investment property and get more info on what the job entails.

Started with a pretty standard phone interview. The second interview was in person. I met with the GM of the Denver team. Fantastic guy. Laid everything out of the table as far as what to expect with the position as well as the companies expectations and resources.

First is a qualifying phone call. Then a in-person interview with the local office GM. It was very relaxed just like the their office vibe. I had an easy time keeping a conversation going. Just need to ask a lot of question about their process and how they make their money.
