I was referred by an employee. the interview process for me was very simple and easy. You meet with the GM. They then schedule a ride along with an acquisitions agent. You speak with the GM again and let them know if you like to take the job.

Started with a pretty standard phone interview. The second interview was in person. I met with the GM of the Denver team. Fantastic guy. Laid everything out of the table as far as what to expect with the position as well as the companies expectations and resources.

First is a qualifying phone call. Then a in-person interview with the local office GM. It was very relaxed just like the their office vibe. I had an easy time keeping a conversation going. Just need to ask a lot of question about their process and how they make their money.
