Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela New Western (Tampa, FL) em set. de 2020
Entrevista
There are 3 steps in the interview process. The first step is an initial phone call with an agent to discuss the position and to answer questions you may have. During this time the agent will gauge your interest in the position and if it seems like a fit you'll move to the second part of the process. The second part is a video call with the broker at that branch. During this call, the broker will ask you several questions both personal and about the position. If all goes well you will then advance to the final step, which is a video call with an acquisitions agent which is called a "ride-along". During this call, the agent will go into detail on the responsibilities you will have in your role and go through the day-to-day activities you may be involved in.

I applied online, spoke to a recruiter on the phone, met with the hiring manager on zoom and then went into the office to see a property and shadow an agent.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela New Western (Salt Lake City, UT) em jul. de 2022
Entrevista
Had initial phone interview with the recruiter. This was about 15 minutes. I was then setup with the local general manager for a Zoom interview which lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was in-person to meet everyone at the local office and learn/ask questions. I went on a ride-along with one of the agents to a nearby home they were in the process of selling as well. All in all it was a good interview process and I felt informed the entire way.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you handled it.
Very familiar and explained in detail about the company and what they do. She answered all questions I had and I was very pleased with the overall first part of the interview.
