The interview process was very structured and informational. It's about a three-step process that begins with a call with a recruiter, then a call with the area manager, followed by a final walk-through of what a day to day would look like. People who interviewed were very nice and open about their experiences and just wanted to know more about me.
Easy interview process, asked me questions on the phone and then zoom call, asked some more questions on zoom, then a follow up call. Overall good experience for everyone involved
A couple zoom/over the computer interviews. If they like you enough they'll bring you on a "ride along" which is just a day in the office shadowing somebody. Then from there they'll hire you.
