First I had an interview with the recruiting coordinator for the company. Then after that, we scheduled an interview with the GM of the office. If he likes you then he'll invite you to meet the team for a day. If the team likes you, then you'll be hired and and start the onboarding process.

Started with a pretty standard phone interview. The second interview was in person. I met with the GM of the Denver team. Fantastic guy. Laid everything out of the table as far as what to expect with the position as well as the companies expectations and resources.

Entrevista
First is a qualifying phone call. Then a in-person interview with the local office GM. It was very relaxed just like the their office vibe. I had an easy time keeping a conversation going. Just need to ask a lot of question about their process and how they make their money.

20 minute phone interview. Requires 40-60 hr/week commitment. 100% commission based. 100 investor leads provided of varying warmth. Single family distressed homes. NW will provide marketplace of properties. Cash buying investors with varying amounts of net worth.
