The first interview was quick and straightforward and over zoom. The manager who interviewed me was straight to the point and was professional. I was asked to come in for a "ride along" after the zoom call.

Entrevista
I met with the recruiter first who was asked me some questions about my real estate experience. I then met with the General Manager who asked me additional questions about my experience. Finally, I did a ride along to ensure this was the position I'd want to take on. They then offered me a position.

Entrevista
Conversational. They asked about my background and I found them very knowledgeable. They were generally interested in what I had to say. And the ride-along made a difference. They then asked me to present in font of the group, which was new.
