Entrevista
Interview process is still ongoing. I was initially screened (interviewed) via telephone. I had a subsequent personal interview with one of the Managing Partners. I will interview in another week or two with additional members of the team to see if there is a need to proceed.
Interview was informative and friendly. I did not get into compensation to any meaningful degree. Howeve, it explained that the benefit package was very competitive--pension, life, health, 401k, etc.

Entrevista
A personality assessment was emailed to be completed before the first interview. Next was the initial screening Zoom call with manager discussing role. After that interview I was invited to a career opportunity group zoom interview. Then after that group zoom you meet back with the original hiring manager for the final interview and project presentation with the initial manager.

Do you prefer working on a team or as an individual?
Was brief, mostly looking for a personality that matches the job and more so with your actual manager that you will be working with and not the entire company. Had about 3 different interviews and did some exercises that would show a little bit more about who I was and what kind of personal - not work related - experiences I had.

Entrevista
There isn’t much of an interview for this position. It’s honestly more of an opportunity for them to get you excited to join. There’s a reason 90% of new agents do not make it through their first year. It certainly isn’t undoable from my limited research but it feels very MLM in their organization.
