There was not an interview, you can just show up and ask to volunteer as an intern for the library. You then talk about hours and reason for doing so and you are then hired.
The interview process was simple , it asked basic questions related to the job posting. Not a long interview and fairly simple and straightforward. Not too many questions were asked

Professional and kind - seemed like a lovely place to work and would be room for growth. HR was very communicative and kept me in the loop. Everyone I met with was kind and helpful.
