Lengthy! I got an out of the blue call from a recruiter (I've heard this happens) spoke to the hiring manager, then did a big project and spent a week in "panel" talking to 6 different people. Then had another call with the hiring manager, only to receive a templated email from HR with my rejection - a 2+ month process, that felt like it was sll for nothing. I was asked a lot of hypotheticals - how I'd pitch this initiative, or work with this team, which was challenging not knowing these teams, and felt like I didn't get get a chance to speak to my capabilities, or work I'd done in the past.
