I had a pretty positive conversation with a senior talent recruiter after they reached out to me via Linkedin. There were a couple of questions about diversity, sounds like they ask everyone the same questions. Then they ghosted me for a couple of weeks only to tell me they were refactoring the role and that they might be in touch at some point in the future but the job title would be different. Seemed pretty vague and disorganized overall.
