The process is really about getting to know you — not just your medical knowledge, but how you think, communicate, and work with others. They’ll ask about your experience, how you handle tough situations, and why you want the role. It’s also a chance for them to see your personality, how you manage stress, and how well you’d fit with their team and culture.
