Disappointed with this place. It was 4 interviews, with hiring manager, their manager, a coworker, and a coworker from another department. Why do companies do this many with video interviews? And why coworkers? Respect the candidates time and effort. The hiring manager, their manager, and coworker from the other department seemed receptive and in good spirits. However the coworker had to reschedule their time, so that's an extra day of my time. Once I had the interview with them, they didn't have my resume and was grilling question after question about things not exactly involved with jobs I had, and this was a would be coworker not even the hiring manager. HR then ghosted for weeks and had to follow up. In the end rejected, really wasted my time. Perhaps for the best.

Entrevista
The interview process was streamlined and efficient. It took about a month. I received an offer. I met with a recruiter, the hiring manager, a director, another person on the team for a culture fit, and the department VP.
Very lengthy, several interviews over about a month with about 4 different people. A lot of time passed between interviews, all were virtual and lasted a minimum of one hour.

The entire process took over 3 months with a lot of follow up from my part. I had the usual first touch base with the recruiter followed by 5 other managers! I didn’t hear from them for almost a month but after multiple emails I finally got some feedback. This absolutely needs to be more streamlined!
