4 step interview. 2 reschedulings - 1 rescheduling due to HR going out of country for vacation; 2nd rescheduling was an alleged mistake by HR for not sending Teams invite to Hiring Manager. Had me waiting in room for 15 mins. Received multiple rejection emails 2 days after final interview which was a reminder that I was a failure. 1) Reschedulings 2) Too many rejection emails 3) Lack of consideration for candidates If you have experience you probably won’t get hired. If you share the company’s values you definitely won’t get hired. I wanted to also assist in the marketing side of Newity connecting them with local small businesses throughout Chicago. Don’t waste your time. They hire internally and people without experience. Most of the analysts there do not have experience, Review the LinkedIn of the employees and read Glassdoor reviews. Proceed with caution. Be mindful. Fun fact: HR asked me to send her a LinkedIn request in case positions open up at their company. I mean, why say that if they will reject me anyway.

A very disappointing experience. I was scheduled for an interview, but no one showed up at the appointed time. After receiving a reschedule notice, I took two more days off for the new interview, only to be stood up again. Weeks later, I received a rejection letter thanking me for participating in the interview—though I never actually met with anyone. I wasn’t planning to write about this, but then I received another rejection letter, which feels like a repeated reminder of this disrespectful and unpleasant experience.
