I sent in my resume and the Managing Director of the Mid Atlantic called me within the hour. He was up front about their business model and very professional.

The Process began with an initial meeting with Managing Director. After this interview I had 2 more meetings with Partners where there were 2 Partners at the interview. I then had to interview with someone from the National executive team. It was a long process, but it helped me to get to know the quality and culture of the firm while they were interviewing me.
