This interview was by far the best intrtview I have ever been on. I didnt feel like I was being drilled. I applied and shortly after got an email from the recruiter to come in for an intetview. From the security to the meeting the recruiter the process was awesome. Spoke to the recruiter for half hour and then to the manager of the dept. It was conversational just telling about myself and what to expect in the position. I just think if based on the intetview process alone this would be a terrific company to be a part of. No offer was made yet but if they chose someone else I will have this experience of what I should expect from other comoanies. I put no offer bc I am waiting for an offer for next week
