I was told: Hr call, hiring manager, then group call and final, SVP. I made it step 2, not asked to move to step 3. I was disappointed - the people i spoke with were sincere, so I hope they land a rock star.

I had interviews with 5 different people, including the HR screener. I also completed a take home assignment (performance task). The whole process took around two weeks. I was supposed to have one last interview with the hiring manager which was cancelled last minute. After that I got a generic "talk soon" from the recruiter and after that complete radio silence. It's now been almost 6 weeks-I followed up twice but received no response. I do understand that they are in a hiring surge and recruiters are busy, but I still think it is extremely unprofessional and does say a lot about the company as a whole and the lack of organization and follow-through. I have interviewed at a lot of other companies (both large and small) and have always been extended the courtesy of a reply. Definitely left a bad impression to be completely ghosted.
