The interview process was very thorough and informative. I first was phone screened by a recruiter at Newton, who was very friendly and upbeat. I felt like I was having a conversation with the recruiter that genuinely cared about my experience which added a personalized touch throughout the call. I then was invited to come in for an on-site interview where I met the President of the company, along with the Director of Service Delivery and Resource Management. Both individuals were warm and welcoming, which helped relieve some of my interview nerves! The on-site interview lasted no longer than an hour, and they even provided a voucher to cover for the parking cost which was sincere. Both interviewers informed me about the expectation of the remaining process, so there were no surprises along the way with follow up. Overall, I can say this experience has been the absolute best from a candidate standpoint. Knowing that my background is in recruiting, it is nice to say that my experience exceeded my expectations.
