They are looking for sales people. You will stand in a retail store and sell a product for Direct TV, NRG, or another consumer electronic. The first interview is just a screening. It is maybe 10 minutes and Eydmar will invite you for a second interview or say he will be in contact. If he says he will be in contact with you then you don't have a second interview. The second round is a presentation about the business model. He will then call with an offer.

Entrevista
I received a phone call to discuss the position and was then invited in for a one-on-one interview with the manager. He invited me back for a second round interview with an account manager, who answered all of my remaining questions and discussed the position in more detail. I received a call later that day with an offer from the company!
