The process demonstrated a significant lack of professional standard for an executive-level role. Despite a clear initial timeline, communication was non-existent following the interview. A professional follow-up was ignored for several days, eventually resulting in a generic, automated rejection template. The lack of operational maturity in the recruitment pipeline was disappointing.
