After I sent my application, I was called for an on-site interview in one month. I was asked some questions based on my CV, such as previous projects and research topic. Not much question on coding ability or CS-related knowledge. The conversation went smoothly but my interviewer seemed to be unmotivated and the atmosphere was a bit boring.
