Despite the application process including submitting resume, requested cover letter, references, and more, there was no response to any of my follow-up or request for feedback. I had specific experience relevance to the position and it appears that they were fishing for candidates rather than having a real opening in their organization.

3.5 hour interview process Started with the Manager. They went over the position in depth. I was then tested on my excel skills, i.e. pivot tables and formulas. Then was given questions regarding my accounting knowledge and journal entry skills. Overall the manager was engaging and very transparent on the position. Next interview was with an employee (team member) They gave great perspective on the position and the day in the life of the position. Final interview was with the CFO. They asked general questions and then proceed to do a disc profile questionnaire verbally. I let them know I was quite familiar with a disc profile as I had one with precious employer. I was a high C then secondary a S. This was the longest part of the day and interviews. Upon my departure the CFO stated they were wanting to hire fairly quickly. Yet today is 15 days post interview(s) and not even an email sent to state “We have decided to move forward with other candidates.” Nothing but crickets …..Yet the position was reposted on LinkedIn 11 hours ago. I am disappointed by the unprofessionalism in no response given when it was going to be such an “urgent” fill for this position within a week.
