Nexius uses internal recruiters so the Interview process was professionally conducted. All contact was via telephone and email. The Nexius recruiters were well informed as to all aspects of the position and the company culture.

Application online followed by phone screen interview with a recruitment person not familiar with the job. A number of follow up phone calls resulted in a series of E-mails. After a few weeks a one on one interview was set up. The interview with the hiring manager was not very profession however a job was needed.
