O processo levou 2 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Nexo SA (Bulgaria).
Entrevista
First interview is with 1 HR and 2 architects and everyone asking and answering questions from his own perspective. No consistency. It’s impossible to understand what you actually will be the job.
Second interview is with 3 architects from different teams everyone throwing random questions without any topic or direction. They change subject every 5-10 minutes (whatever problem they can remember from their product). They say “we are trying to make the interview as close as possible to real working day”. You jump between cloud providers, backend, database, messaging, deployment, management, etc without keeping one topic/problem.
I liked that the process is really fast and in very friendly (not corporate) style but overall my experience is negative because it was far too random and chaotic for me.
However Nexo have a great product so maybe it is worth trying them. I hope they’ll improve the process.

The process was really smooth, professional and quick. The focus was on soft skills which makes sense for the role and responsibilities described. There was a meeting with product people which also made a good impression.

After applying on Linkedin, had a first chat with a recruiter, second chat with the head of trading, then home assignment and final technical interview. Total process took 1 month more or less.
