Applied through Linked In. Got an email from HR regarding the interview. Called up promptly on the scheduled day. HR round went for about 20-30 mins. Asked all general questions like Why NextJump? What did you learn through your intern? etc. Then told me that Tech Interview will be done in another 10-15mins. Got a call from there Systems Team and was interviewed on all technical aspects for about 45 mins. Then got a mail for the Super Saturday. They arranged everything from flight tickets to hotel stay. Had a marathon of events on that day. And got the offer by Monday. Was a fairly simple process.
