The first interview is used to assess basics like your experience and interest in tutoring and what makes you qualified to tutor the subjects you want to tutor, second you are required to deliver an hour tutoring session on a subject that will be given to you.

I applied via the online form. Within a week, one of the hiring managers reached out to me to set up a Skype interview. The interview was a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. A few days later, he sent me a tutor application to fill out. There was an evaluation with the hiring manager a week later that lasted about an hour via skype.
