The first round is 30 30-minute interview asking you basic questions about what you want from the job and if you fit within the minimum requirements (a waste of time honestly) nothing that isn't already on your job application. The second round involves charades, extremely loud music, and a grown man yelling at the top of his lungs giving announcements. Very overstimulating. Then you are given an MLM (multi-level marketing scheme) adjacent breakdown of promotional opportunities within the company. Was left with a very bad feeling about the legitimacy of this company, and walked away from a job offer.
