Great interview process but very long. Had a total of 5 interviews including phone, video chat, and in person. Met with people from every level from the role I was interviewing for up to the national director of sales.

Entrevista
I was told that I was exactly what they were looking for and they "loved" me. I went through 4 rounds. Over the phone and zoom. Final in person interview was the last. "We will be in touch soon." Did not hear back after 2 weeks. Sent an email. Did not hear back after 4 weeks. Sent and email. Ghosted after a month or more process and time that was taken away from me with no explanation or anything. Very unprofessional in all.

Entrevista
Went through a recruiter- then to hiring manager and regional VP. Overall it was a good experience the recruiter was amazing she really knew how to sell next up. The hiring manager was subpar at best. I should have realized that the company is only as good as the managers they implement.
They will sell you on a dream through the entire interview process. Be ready for it.
