Very welcoming and friendly. The interviewer wanted to understand the candidates strengths, which I assume that she will tie this to what they are looking for to ensure alignment. She was friendly engaging and gave some feedback along the way. It was an excellent interview, even if I am not asked for a followup, I felt that I was given a fair opportunity.
