It was a 5 day onsite interview in which aptitude, coding, technical, HR and directorial round was there , hectic process took 1 month, they applied a bond of 3.5 years with 10 months salary amount for bond

Interview Process: Cleared the first round and technical round on the same day. HR asked if I would consider a Business Analyst role with a 3-year bond, and I agreed. They assured me I could attempt another technical round while keeping my Business Analyst position secured if I didn’t clear it. Issues Faced: Despite repeated follow-ups, my next technical interview was delayed for weeks with no clear scheduling. After long delays, they finally scheduled my interview at their office, where I saw new candidates appearing for their first round—the same stage I had cleared a month earlier. I gave my technical interview, expecting a fair response. No Response & Deleted Feedback: I never received any selection or rejection email. The "secured" Business Analyst role was also never offered. Every follow-up resulted in "We haven’t decided yet" responses. When I commented about this issue on their LinkedIn hiring post, they deleted my comment instead of addressing it. Final Verdict: This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and broken promises show how they treat candidates. ⚠️ Job seekers, be cautious—do not rely on verbal commitments!
