The interview process here was chaotic. I was approached by a recruiter who referred me for the job. When booking a time for initial interview, I was asked what times I was available, but I later received a calendar invite for a time I'd explicitly said I couldn't do. This was then rearranged, but upon receiving the new invitation, the meeting title included the name of another applicant for the job. I found this quite unprofessional and a bit of a red flag.
The interview itself was of average difficulty. At the end, I was told by the staff who were interviewing that I would receive a task to complete within the next two days.
Two weeks passed with no communication. Eventually, I reached out to ask about the status of my application, expecting to be told it had been rejected. However, they responded saying they'd been busy with an event. I understand it's a relatively small company, but an email update would have taken just a couple of minutes to write within that two week gap.
I then received the task a few days later but by then I had accepted another job offer.
I'm not sure I would have moved forward with the process either way after such poor communication. Due to the size of the company there doesn't appear to be any HR department, and it showed.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Nexudus.
Entrevista
1 - a phone call with the recruiter
2 - a virtual meeting with the hiring manager and the head of support
3 - a technical assignment
4 - an in-person meeting with the hiring manager, head of support and CEO
The entire process was slow and disorganised.
At no point were promised timelines adhered to by the company. Deadlines were consistently pushed back after they were missed, with little to no communication.
Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Nexudus (Londres, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2023

honestly, I've never experienced such a disorganized recruitment process. I initially got approached by an internal team member on a job portal. We've discussed my CV over the phone, but never heard back from them. In the following 4 months, each month a different recruiter approached me on the job portal (without mentioning the company name). They were all unaware of even the existence of the previous recruiter. Every time I had to go through the same screening questions, but to be honest in the end I was so fed up by them that I wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway.
