Initial interview was great but the pre-employment exam is soo many to the point it will take you 3 hours to answer one. Not to mention right minus wrong and for the grammar and mathematics exam you will only have 15 mins to take it while having more than 40 items.

Smooth. The hr interviewer asked common questions on initial interviews. Basically like tell me about yourself, how did you know about the company, previous job, why did you leave your last job. Something like that.
