The interview is done in 2 parts. The first is with the Recruiter. Who asked availability and background questions. If you pass that interview they will schedule your next befor you leave that day. The second with a supervisor. Who ask more questions about your experience and qualifications and give a general overview of the position and job duties.

You will have to take a test on the computer. Be sure to always choose the upsell as your answers. The test is timed so try to move, you can do it. They will ask you what is an open ended question and what is a closed ended question. They will ask you to sell them a phone. Use open and closed ended question to sell the phone. Say you are competitive and you come to win. Then you have the job.
