HR invited me for a phone interview about 3 weeks after I had submitted my application. At the day and time specified, however, nobody called. The next day I found out that there was an internal communication issue, so another phone date was agreed upon, about 10 days later. This 2nd phone interview didn't take place either as I was informed by the HR person on the eve of the planned interview that the hiring manager would prefer to meet me in person.
The personal interview, which took place another 2 weeks later, was very informative as it cast an entirely new light on NICE as a company as well as the targeted position. There was an HR manager and the hiring manager; the interview itself seemed fair and we certainly had interesting exchanges.
However, more than one month after the interview I still haven't managed to receive any feedback from either HR nor their hiring manager, despite two follow-ups from my side. Obviously, the company did not want to take my application any further. However, I am surprised they didn't care to communicate back to a serious candidate who had traveled a few hundred miles to see them.
