Worst process and HR behaviour was too rude.
HR contacted me and asked details about my experience and I was having 3+ years experience in all things that he said. After that he disconnected my call. If you dont want 3 years experince guys and dont have budget to hire then why you guys call people for interview process.

Basic questions of testing, java and selenium in written test.
Started with Phone Call, Technical Interview (panel) QA Engineer Fundamentals, situational and problem solving. And Final Interview with the director, we had a talk about company's culture, expectation and direction more like get to know me and NiCE.

Entrevista
A 1.5 hour fast pace interview on site. Two testers and manager in a group panel review every single word written in my resume and ask more questions about processes in my previous companies. Its notorious they are looking for candidates to response what they expect and match with the other testers opinion in order to fit company culture.
At the end there was a short round of feedback from their side and my side and how did i felt with the interview.
