Very Difficult interview. The interviewer asked me to write react js Code and functionality. It is impossible to design forms and tables with data binding in just 10 minutes of time.

This review is for ATlasrtx team and not for NICE. This is a startup acquired by Nice. I would start with the HR first. He was very nice through out the interview process and even tried to comfort me when I was rejected. Okay now let's start with the interview process, this company is acquired by Nice but they still treat themselves as separate entity and have their own values which are not in line with their parent company. They had a behavioral round first and they gave me a green flag and asked me to prepare a project. I gave them more than what was expected and one the interviewers really liked my work. I was so happy and positive that I will make it through the interview but suddenly I received a rejection email saying I am technically strong but I lack humility and cannot embrace others ideas. First of all, if they really wanted me to reject me on behavioral grounds they should have done it in the first round. It means either they are not good at interviewing people or they just wanted to give any lame reason to reject me. I wasted so much of time creating their assignment and postponed all my other interviews for this company. I would not recommend anybody to waste their time with this team atleast. If the senior management has viewed your profile and want to have an interview with you, it means you are not going to make it since I guess they just want to get ideas from the candidates how to improve their own product by giving them as an assignment.
