First interview with the person who was line manager for the role. Really good interview, seemed to go well, no tough questions, and a nice conversation. Second round with another senior stakeholder, again, interview was good. Was told by recruiter this was a final round interview.
Didn't receive any feedback after second interview, except an automated rejection two weeks later with no personal info or feedback. Asked for feedback but no response received, nor to follow up a few weeks after initial request for feedback.
Experience with the recruiter for this role sadly put me off applying for future roles at the company - when you get to a final round you expect at least the courtesy of a personal note to let you know they've gone with another candidate, especially given the company has just launched a rebrand about creating a nicer world..
