There were three rounds. The first round was a phone screen, the second round was an online interview, and the third round was an on-site interview that lasted for four hours. The first two rounds were just behavioral questions; they value culture, so they want to see if you would be a great fit for the specific Niagara facility you're working at. The third round consisted of an on-site tour and a lot of questions, ranging from behavioral to technical.

The interview process was comprehensive! The questions were direct, and I was able to learn about their work environment and some details regarding what exactly I would be doing. I was also given a designated talent aquisition contact who was diligent and made me feel that I and my interview process mattered.
