I submitted a CV and basic cover letter, which was followed by a 30 min interview and 2 hour remote case study. The case study was a staged practical task about helping an equipment manufacturer decide the pest way to enter the Chinese market.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Nicobar Group.
Entrevista
Interview was on the phone-insultingly short (less than 15 minutes, after I was called late). Most of the questions had nothing to do with the position. I figured they had already decided on a candidate and were just going through the motions of an interview. Imagine my surprise when I was offered the position. Not given an opportunity to ask questions-this was reserved for a follow-up email after being offered the position.

No difficult questions. I didn't expect to be asked so little about anything relating to the job however.
Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Nicobar Group (Xangai, Xangai).
Entrevista
HR originally set up a phone call, but this was swapped out for an in-person meeting because of convenience. Three rounds of interviews in all. The first two rounds were informal Q&A's with the company founder and current project managers about my resume, work experience, background, etc. The third round was a case interview and language proficiency evaluation. The whole interview process was very informal for consulting and threw me off a bit.

No difficult questions. The language proficiency was not particularly demanding, just some chatting with employees and reading a few lines from a document. The case interview was fairly standard, involved a multi-part analysis of a business situation which included market sizing, mathematics calculation, and some open-ended evaluation questions (i.e. "what factors should be considered when company X is considering doing Y?)
