Entrevista
I was first contacted by the director who had the position open and we did a phone interview. Our conversation lasted about 45 minutes. I got the interview as a result of being referred. A second interview (by phone) was set up to talk with two of the director's managers for nearly an hour. It was a business casual type of interview, with a lot of room to discuss the position, Nielsen, the director's management sytyle, etc.

One interviewer picked a situation I described on my resume which dealt with picking up the ball and finishing a project that had been overdue by a year. He asked me how I managed to get the project done in such a short time period when my predecessor had failed.
The process started with an initial HR discussion, followed by a hiring manager discussion round and then a technical round. After that, there was a round with the Engineering Leader, and the final stage was another hiring manager round, which included a live test exercise.

The recruiter set up the interview with the hiring manager. Had a great conversation with her and then had a second interview with the head of the team. Spoke with the recruiter and the role had a lot of applicants with similar experience and timelines and was not selected

Experience in Stakeholder Management internationally
A very comprehensive and detailed interview process. Friendly environment that doesn’t make interview feel like an interrogation. Company deals with big data and hence having some data based knowledge will be helpful
