Very forward thinking interview process. I applied online and was initially sent a 'game' to complete, which gave me a report of my traits - a lot of which were bang on, and the the game was quite fun! I was then invited to attend a HireVue interview, where I was presented with questions on screen and given a certain amount of time to respond to respond to each question, recording my responses and submitting them once I'd finished. The final stage of the process was an interview with the line manager and another manager within the team. With everyone being based at different locations around the country this was conducted by Google Chat, which was so convenient and refreshing. There's something so comfortable about attending an interview in your own home! We dialled into a call for around an hour, and feedback followed less than a week later.
