Took about 6 months between the online application and the eventual receipt of the offer. No part was out of the ordinary.

Had an over the phone interview and then went to the office one week later. Questions were mostly behavioral and some critical thinking questions. One brainteaser. Overall, was very nice and professional. Also got a tour of the office.
